Are you tired of diets? Fad diets, crash diets, and magic pills have flooded the dietary industry for decades. Just like fitness, there is no diet that fits any two people. Every person has a specific selection of foods they should eat for their optimal wellness, wholeness, and health. Our mentor used to say: "if the diet ends in the word diet, it's the wrong diet for you." Working with us, you will be assessed thoroughly via body composition, body type, and health history as to determine the perfect progression of food for you.

Just know there is a perfect meal plan for you.
  • It does not have to be boring.
  • It does not have to be expensive.
  • It does not have to be bland.

Every 4 to 6 weeks we rotate your food based on the assessments. That means you will eat perfect quantities, at the perfect time, for the perfect you. We do not promise overnight success. However, we promise an enjoyable and disciplined road to optimal health and performance. Along the way, we also provide micronutrient (vitamin, mineral, and herb) suggestions to support your meals. Those will also rotate. The key to all of this is frequent communication with your nutrition counselor which we provide.
